Cyclodextrins (CDs), which are a class of cyclic oligosaccharides extracted from the enzymatic degradation of starch, are often utilized in molecular recognition and assembly constructs, primarily via host–guest interactions in water. In this review, recent progress in CD-based supramolecular nanoassemblies that are sensitive to chemical, biological, and physical stimuli is updated and reviewed, and intriguing examples of the biological functions of these nanoassemblies are presented, including pH- and redox-responsive drug and gene delivery, enzyme-activated specific cargo release, photoswitchable morphological interconversion, microtubular aggregation, and cell–cell communication, as well as a geomagnetism-controlled nanosystem for the suppression of tumor invasion and metastasis. Moreover, future perspectives and challenges in the fabrication of intelligent CD-based biofunctional materials are also discussed at the end of this review, which is expected to promote the translational development of these nanomaterials in the biomedical field.  相似文献

通过正交实验的方法,以地聚合物稠度、凝结时间、胶砂强度为研究依据,以偏高岭土、矿渣、磷渣、碱激发剂用量为研究对象,每个因素取3个水平,分析4个因素在各自水平上对地聚合物性能的影响。试验结果表明,偏高岭土用量是地聚合物稠度的最主要影响因素;偏高岭土和碱激发剂用量是初凝时间的主要影响因素,磷渣和偏高岭土用量是终凝时间的主要影响因素;偏高岭土用量是3 d 抗压强度的主要影响因素,矿渣用量是28 d 抗压强度的主要影响因素。按30%偏高岭土-40%矿渣-30%磷渣-10%碱激发剂制备的地聚合物具有良好的抗碳化性能,但收缩率较普通硅酸盐水泥高。  相似文献

In this work, coupling effects of water content, temperature, oxygen density, and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) loading on oxygen transport through an ionomer thin film on a platinum surface in a catalyst layer of a proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cell are investigated using molecular dynamics approach. Taguchi orthogonal algorithm is employed to comprehensively analyze the coupling effects in a limited number of cases. It is found that the effect of operation temperature is the weakest among the four factors, which has the smallest effect index 14.4. Coupling effects including the PTFE loadings on the oxygen transfer through the ionomer thin film is uncovered. Less PTFE loadings should be beneficial for the oxygen transfer. The chemical potential gradient is considered as the major driven force for the oxygen transport through the ionomer thin film, and oxygen density is the dominating factor, significantly affecting the chemical potential in the thin film.  相似文献

结合铸造生产实际,合理设计了铸件的结构。采用AnyCasting数值模拟软件,用正交试验方法分析了铝合金弹底转座压铸工艺过程中浇注温度、充型速度以及模具预热温度对铸件质量的影响规律。结果表明,模具预热温度对铸件质量的影响最大,浇注温度次之,充型速度最小,最优的工艺参数是浇注温度为650℃、充型速度为0.25 m/s和模具预热温度为180℃。同时,在最优工艺参数的基础上,结合实物验证了模拟的可靠性,并观察了铸造铝合金的微观组织。  相似文献

为了分析铣削工艺参数对钛合金已加工表面残余应力的影响,根据金属切削有限元分析的相关理论,以钛合金Ti6Al4V为工件材料,建立了铣削加工的有限元模型。采用正交试验设计法对钛合金Ti6Al4V铣削仿真的工艺参数进行优化,并用极差法分析不同的铣削速度、铣削深度、铣削路径对钛合金Ti6Al4V工已加工表面残余应力的影响。研究表明:在钛合金Ti6Al4V铣削过程中,对工件已加工表面残余应力影响因素由小到大依次为:铣削深度<铣削路径<铣削速度,切削深度对已加工表面残余应力影响较小,铣削速度对已加工表面残余应力影响最大;在研究范围内,随着铣削速度的增大,已加工表面残余应力逐渐增加。  相似文献

In this paper, two new analytical attractive (alpha) functions and their derivatives in bulk and nanoconfined pores are developed based on the virial equation of state (EOS) and statistical thermodynamics and are evaluated at different conditions for the first time. A cubic EOS is modified to nanometer scale and applied to predict the thermodynamic and phase properties in bulk and nanoconfined pores coupled with the new analytical alpha functions. The nanoscale-extended EOS coupled with the analytical alpha functions are validated to be accurate by means of the experimental data for the thermodynamic and phase calculations. The alpha functions and dimensionless attractive term A for the O2, Ar, CO2, N2, and C1-C10 are always positive and monotonically decrease with the temperature increases at T ≤ 2000 K in the bulk phase, whereas the second virial coefficients (B2) are always negative and increase with the temperature increases. Moreover, the alpha functions, A, and B2 for all of components remain constant with the decreasing pore radius until rp = 50 nm, the former two of which decrease while the latter one increases by further reducing the pore radius. It should be noted that the intermolecular attractive force (ie, A) is a function of the pressure, which is gradually increased at P ≤ 10 MPa though drastically increases afterwards. Also, the enhanced confinement effects lead the same-component intermolecular attractive forces to be smaller. The analytical formulations in the SRK type slightly outperform in the gaseous or light component cases, while those in the PR type are better for the heavy component cases in terms of the thermodynamic property calculations, both of which are compatible with the modified EOS and analytical alpha functions.  相似文献

Heat capacity data for compounds located in the binary CaO–SiO2, CaO–Al2O3 and MgO–Al2O3 systems are fitted by Debye-Einstein integrals. Starting from the fitted heat capacities, the standard values of the thermodynamic functions of these compounds are calculated. In almost all cases investigated, the derived standard entropies are within the uncertainties of the values provided in literature. The Debye-Einstein coefficients obtained in this thermodynamic assessment can be used to approximate the heat capacities, enthalpies and entropies of these compounds in the temperature range from 0 to 298.15 K.  相似文献

Partial substitution of hydrocarbon fuel with hydrogen can effectively improve small-scale combustion system stability and performance, potentially opening the way for novel compact power generation and/or propulsion systems in the future. In this study, the effects of hydrogen enhancement between 0% and 40% hydrogen volumetric fractions in methane fuel were experimentally observed in a mesoscale burner array subjected to external acoustic perturbations. The mesoscale burner array utilizes an array of swirl-stabilized burner elements and their interactions with neighboring elements to improve the overall flame stability and simultaneously reduces the combustor length scale. OH1 chemiluminescence and OH planar laser-induced fluorescence (OH-PLIF) were used to image various hydrogen-enriched flames at an equivalence ratio of 0.7, subjected to transverse acoustic perturbations at 320 Hz. Two acoustic modes were imposed by controlling the phase difference between two speakers perturbing the flow. OH1 chemiluminescence images exhibited flame length scale reduction, leading to a denser flame array. Also, flame arrays with higher hydrogen enrichment were found to be more robust against transverse acoustic perturbations, demonstrated by reduced fluctuations in the global heat release rate. OH-PLIF images showed that flames with higher hydrogen enrichment initiated V- to M-shaped flame shape transition even under fuel lean conditions, thereby improving the combustion stability. OH-PLIF images were also used for flame stability analysis through spectral proper orthogonal decomposition (SPOD). The SPOD analysis showed hydrogen enrichment diminished flame fluctuation structures under fuel lean operation.  相似文献
